Insurance Sales Representative – Remote (Nevada Residents Only)
$14–$16/Hour + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
100% Remote | Nevada Residents Only
Monday–Thursday 9 AM–5 PM | Friday 9 AM–3 PM (Pacific Time)
No Regular Nights, Weekends, or Holidays

We're looking for an experienced, motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing insurance and financial services team.
This fully remote position requires Nevada residency, at least one year of insurance industry experience, and an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
If you're competitive, self-motivated, comfortable asking for the sale, and able to stay productive independently, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Connect with current and prospective customers by phone, text, and email
- Identify customer needs and explain insurance options
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and relationship-building
- Follow up consistently with leads, quotes, and sales opportunities
- Confidently ask for the sale and achieve individual sales goals
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate referrals
- Maintain accurate records and manage daily activities using agency systems
This is a sales-focused position. We're looking for someone who enjoys selling, thrives on achieving goals, and is motivated by performance-based compensation.
Required Qualifications

Current Nevada residency

Minimum 1 year of insurance industry experience

Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Experience prospecting, quoting, following up, and closing sales
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting production goals
- Self-motivated, organized, and productive without direct supervision
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and proficiency with CRM systems and technology
State Farm agency experience is a plus, but not required.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
